Dirt, mold, mildew, algae, spider webs and wasp nests washed off vinyl, aluminum, concrete and stucco. Many homes that look like they need repainting simply need washing — and if you are repainting, this is the preparation the paint needs.
Pool cages & lanai enclosures
Algae eats the finish on a pool enclosure and corrodes the aluminum, and trapped leaves tear the screening. A wash brings the enclosure back to the look it had when it was new.

No pressure on your roof. Ever.
Some homeowners unknowingly hire a business that uses high pressure on a shingle or tile roof. It is a mistake that can get very expensive. Pressure on a shingle roof strips away a large percentage of the granules, so the roof deteriorates faster. Pressure on tile removes small pieces of tile and cement, and where there is a finish — a paint coat or glazing — it peels the paint or dulls the glaze.
We use a no pressure soft wash system instead. The right cleaning chemicals, used intelligently and safely, kill and remove the algae growth without touching the surface of your roof — and we take every precaution necessary to protect your plants while we work.
